THIS IS OUR 4TH EMAIL TO QATAR AIRWAYS ABOUT OUR MISSING BAGGAGE

PLEASE HELP US
Urgent request to handle claim

Subject                : Claim of missing baggage
Name passenger : Mrs. Eunice Boateng
Claim Reference : AMSKL97529
Booking code    : YIQR5K
Flight          : QR284 on 04OCT2025 and QR1423 on 05OCT2025.
Missing bags    : 1 bag with Tag number: 0074 KL 363092.

Dear Qatar Airways officer,
With this message I would like to report the loss of one (1) missing suitcase. KLM has informed me that Qatar Airays operated my last flights and I know have to report to Qatar Airways. May I please ask you kindly to locate and to return the missing suitcase.

On October 4, a flight was booked with KLM and my wife Eunice Boateng and son of 2.5 years old were supposed to fly from Amsterdam to Accra. Due to problems during boarding my wife with the baby could not make the flight.
A KLM supervisor understood the situation that my wife had to be in Accra on Sunday, October 5 and KLM arranged a flight with Qatar Airways so that my wife could travel on October 4, 2025 at 10:15 p.m. on flight QR 284 from Amsterdam to Doha and from there, on October 5, on flight QR 1423 from Doha to Accra. (see flight ticket and boarding passes, arranged by KLM).

However, KLM said that our baggage would be relabeled and sent to Accra. My wife and son arrived in Accra (Ghana) on October 5, 2025, but there were no suitcases.
In the following days, my wife drove to Kotoka Airport (Accra) up and down to pick up her suitcase, without result.

The one (1) suitcase is missing to date: Tag nr. 0074 363092.
KLM told me that Qatar Airways was the last Airliner and has to investigate and find the lost suitcase.
For that reason I kindly ask you to investigate whether you can locate the missing suitcase and whether you can make this suitcase available to us.
We will be happy to pick it up at Kotoka Airport.

On behalf of Eunice Wubbeling Boateng,
Jan Wubbeling
